Limo Fly policies
Privacy Policy
How Limo Fly collects, uses and protects the information you share when you request a quote, book a ride or contact our team.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Introduction
Limo Fly provides private ground transportation in Orlando and Central Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and booking tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or requesting transportation, you acknowledge the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to quote, confirm and operate your ride:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and preferred language.
- Trip and booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle preference, flight or cruise information, child seat requests, extra stops and any notes you provide.
- Contact and quote form submissions: when you send a message or request through our website, the details you enter are stored securely on our servers so our team can respond, arrange your reservation and keep a record of the request.
- Payment-related information: online card payment is not yet enabled on this website. When it is, card and billing data will be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor, and Limo Fly will not store full card numbers on its own systems.
- Device and technical information: information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and basic usage data used to keep the site working and secure.
- Communications: messages you send us by form, email, phone or messaging apps.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Prepare quotes and confirm reservations.
- Assign a vehicle and chauffeur, and plan pickup and routing.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders and trip updates.
- Respond to questions, changes and support requests.
- Handle payment, receipts and any adjustments related to your booking.
- Maintain, secure and improve our website and booking tools.
- Comply with legal, tax, insurance and safety obligations.
4. Booking and Transportation Operations
Operating a ride requires sharing certain details with the people performing it. Your chauffeur receives the information needed to complete the trip, such as pickup and drop-off locations, timing, passenger name and contact number, luggage and child seat requirements, and flight or cruise references when provided.
Where a trip is fulfilled with an affiliate or partner operator, the same limited operational details are shared with that operator for the purpose of performing your transportation.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may share information with service providers as necessary to operate the service. These can include hosting and infrastructure providers, mapping and routing services used to calculate distance and estimated time, communication and messaging tools, and payment processors when online payment is enabled.
Service providers receive only the information needed for their function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting, tax, insurance and legal requirements that apply to a transportation company. Retention periods depend on the type of record and the obligation involved.
When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or keep it in a reduced form.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our website and restricted access to booking records.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices, Access and Deletion Requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Some information may need to be retained where an obligation requires it — for example completed trip and payment records. You can also opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time; service messages about a booking you have made will still be sent.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and booking tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Details about minors traveling with you — such as ages for child seat selection — are provided by the adult making the reservation and are used only to prepare the ride safely.
11. External Links
Our site may link to third-party websites, such as airports, resorts, cruise lines or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service, tools or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Contact Limo Fly
For privacy questions or requests, contact our team through the contact page or by phone. Please include enough detail for us to locate your booking or record.
