Limo Fly policies
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you request, book or take a ride with Limo Fly. Specific details for your trip are shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, requesting a quote or making a reservation with Limo Fly, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for everyone in your party.
2. Transportation Services
Limo Fly provides private, pre-arranged ground transportation in Orlando and Central Florida, including airport, resort, theme park, cruise terminal, corporate and long-distance transfers. Rides are private to your party and are not shared with other passengers. Limo Fly is not a taxi or on-demand street-hail service.
3. Booking Requests and Confirmation
A submitted booking is a request until Limo Fly confirms it. Confirmation depends on vehicle availability, timing and the details you provide. Your confirmation is the controlling record of the agreed pickup, vehicle class, service and price for that trip.
Please review your confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect.
4. Passenger and Luggage Information
Luggage is handled through vehicle capacity: each vehicle class has a passenger and bag allowance, and there is no separate per-bag surcharge. Simply choose a class that fits your party and its bags.
As general guidance, plan on one large suitcase per passenger plus a personal item, and tell us about oversized items such as golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs or sports equipment when you book.
You are responsible for selecting a vehicle that accommodates your party and its luggage, and for providing accurate passenger and luggage counts. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their luggage capacity.
If the actual party or luggage exceeds what was booked, the assigned vehicle may not be able to accommodate it and an additional or larger vehicle may be required, subject to availability and applicable charges.
5. Vehicle Assignment and Substitution
You reserve a vehicle class, not a specific vehicle. Limo Fly may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity when operationally necessary, for example due to maintenance or scheduling.
6. Pricing and Fees
Quoted rates may reflect trip distance and duration, vehicle class, minimum fare, booking fee, airport fee, late-night fee, tolls, parking, requested extras such as child seats or extra stops, waiting time and any approved adjustments.
Late-night fee: a $25.00 fee applies to any pickup scheduled between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. On round trips and multi-stop itineraries it applies only to the legs whose pickup time falls inside that window, and it appears as a separate line on your quote.
Gratuity is optional. It is never added automatically and is not included in the quoted total. When online payment is enabled you will be able to choose an optional tip of 10%, 15% or 20%, or no tip at all.
The price that applies to your trip is the one shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Changes made after confirmation — to route, timing, stops, vehicle class or party size — may change the price.
7. Payment
Payment terms for your trip are shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Limo Fly uses Stripe as its card payment processor; Limo Fly does not store full card details. Online payment on this website is not enabled yet, so our team will confirm your reservation and arrange payment directly with you.
Any gratuity is optional and at your discretion. Optional tip choices of 10%, 15% or 20% will be offered once online payment is enabled.
Additional charges that can only be determined during or after the trip — such as waiting time, added stops or extra tolls — may be billed after service is completed.
8. Airport and Flight Information
For airport transfers, please provide your airline and flight number. Limo Fly uses a flight tracking system to follow your arrival, and your chauffeur is dispatched once the flight shows as landed, so pickup timing follows your actual arrival rather than the originally scheduled time.
Without accurate flight details we may not be able to track changes, which can delay your pickup. Airport pickups follow the procedures and designated pickup areas of the airport in question.
At Orlando International Airport (MCO), you will typically receive a text message with your chauffeur's name, contact number and pickup instructions after landing. Collect your luggage, then proceed to the designated pickup area shown in that message. Our dispatch team can help you locate your chauffeur at any point, and meet-and-greet service is available when selected for your reservation.
9. Waiting Time and Grace Periods
Regular pickups — hotels and resorts, theme parks, homes, shopping malls and outlets, proms, weddings and evening reservations — include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the prearranged pickup time.
Domestic airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing. International arrivals include 60 minutes after landing, to allow for immigration and baggage claim.
At Port Canaveral, where cruise disembarkation can run long, up to one hour of complimentary waiting is allowed.
Monitored flight delays are not treated as passenger delay: when you give us your airline and flight number, the grace period starts after the aircraft lands and the normal deplaning period, not at the originally scheduled pickup time.
After the applicable grace period, waiting is calculated per minute at the hourly rate for your vehicle class. Once waiting passes 60 minutes, the service may be charged as a full hour.
Parking, tolls and other additional expenses are not included in waiting charges. The rate that applies to your trip is confirmed by our team before any waiting charge is applied, and if additional waiting is not accepted the reservation may be treated as ended and the chauffeur may leave.
Keeping us informed of delays helps avoid unnecessary waiting charges — a quick call or message is usually all it takes.
10. Child Seats
Child seats can be requested when booking. Please tell us the number of children, their ages or weights, and the seat type you need — forward-facing, rear-facing or toddler, or booster — so the correct seat is prepared and installed. Requests made after confirmation are subject to availability.
Passengers are responsible for complying with Florida child restraint requirements; if you prefer to use your own seat, you may bring it.
11. Grocery Stops and Extra Stops
A store or grocery stop can be added to most trips and includes 20 complimentary minutes. Waiting beyond that may be charged at the hourly rate applicable to your service.
Store stops are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed — for example after a flight delay or diversion, or when other operational constraints apply. Please request stops when booking so the chauffeur's schedule accounts for the extra time; additional stops may affect the price of the trip.
12. Multi-Trip and Round Trip
Round trips and multi-leg itineraries are booked as separate legs, each with its own pickup, drop-off, date and time, and each priced on its own route. You can edit any leg before confirming so a return does not have to mirror the outbound exactly.
13. Groups Above 14 Passengers
Standard online booking covers parties of up to 14 passengers. Larger groups are welcome, but generally require multiple vehicles or custom transportation planning, so they are arranged directly with our team rather than through instant checkout.
Contact us with your group size, luggage, dates and destinations and we will build the right combination of vehicles.
14. Passenger Conduct and Safety
For everyone's safety, passengers must follow seat belt and child restraint laws and the chauffeur's safety instructions. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles, and illegal substances or unlawful activity are not allowed.
The customer is financially responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by them or by any member of their party, and cleaning or damage charges may apply where appropriate.
Chauffeurs may end a trip when conduct creates a safety risk.
15. Delays Outside Limo Fly's Control
We plan routes and timing carefully, but we cannot control traffic, road closures, construction, accidents, unsafe weather or road conditions, airport or cruise terminal operations, airline schedule changes or other events beyond our control. Limo Fly is not responsible for missed flights, cruises, events or connections, including those caused by the timing a passenger chooses for their own schedule.
As general planning guidance — not an airline guarantee — many travelers aim to arrive at the airport about two hours before a domestic flight and about three hours before an international flight. Please allow a comfortable buffer when scheduling airport and cruise pickups; our team is happy to advise on timing.
16. Lost Items
Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle, and keep an eye on your items during loading and unloading. Limo Fly is not responsible for belongings lost or damaged inside or outside the vehicle.
If something is left behind, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it; return arrangements or shipping may involve a charge.
17. Service Changes and Cancellations
Limo Fly may adjust routing, timing or vehicle assignment when required for safety, road conditions or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects your trip, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
Cancellations you request are handled on this timeline: 48 hours or more before pickup, 100% refund; between 48 and 24 hours before pickup, a 20% cancellation charge applies (80% refunded); less than 24 hours before pickup, non-refundable; no-show, non-refundable.
Full details, including flight and cruise delays, are in our cancellation policy.
18. Limitation of Liability
Limo Fly operates as a licensed and insured transportation provider and carries the insurance required for its services. To the extent permitted by law, Limo Fly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as missed flights, cruises, events or business opportunities — arising from delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown or similar vehicle issue, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or complete your trip with another vehicle. Our responsibility in those situations is limited to the transportation service affected, and does not extend to consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Third-Party Services
Our website and booking tools rely on third-party services such as mapping, hosting and payment processing, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services.
20. Intellectual Property
The Limo Fly name, logo, site design, text and images are the property of Limo Fly or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our service evolves. The current version is always posted on this page with its update date, and applies to bookings made after it is posted.
